I offer psychotherapy to adults facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and the lasting effects of childhood trauma. I have a particular interest in supporting those suffering with low confidence, low self esteem and a low sense of worth. Those who feel stuck in their lives, who may be struggling with relationships, or navigating the impact of trauma — particularly trauma rooted in experiences of abuse. My ongoing work in an NHS community mental health team has equipped me with a strong grounding in risk management and in creating a safe, holding environment where clients can feel truly seen and supported.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic and person-centred principles. This means I tailor each session to you—meeting you where you are with empathy and understanding. Whether you're seeking short-term, solution-focused support or are wanting to explore deeper patterns that may stem from early relationships and experiences. I work sensitively with issues such as low self-esteem, feelings of shame, and internal conflict, with compassion and curiosity.
I also work as a specialist mentor for students with ADHD and autism, supporting them through the Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) scheme. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming, grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to be met with empathy, respect, and an approach that honours their unique way of being in the world.
