My path to becoming a therapist hasn’t been linear. I have been a baker, a postie, a hypnotherapist, a theatre maker, a hypnobirthing teacher and a child counsellor in schools. Throughout all I have done I have remained committed to creativity and self exploration.

Over time, I was drawn more deeply into the mental health field, eventually training in integrative psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute, where I continue to build on my clinical practice with care and curiosity.

I have been committed to this training for over ten years, juggling life and study whilst deepening my self awareness and understanding of how life’s challenges show up differently for everyone, and how support needs to be flexible, respectful, and rooted in each person’s unique story.

My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in anti-oppressive practice. I aim to create a space where you can show up fully — including the parts of yourself you might usually hide.
